  • District to host All School Emergency Reunification Drill

    October is “Safe Schools Month” in Colorado, and School District 27J will hold their 7th annualreunification All School Drill to coincide with the focus on school safety. All schools across the district practice an emergency protocol during this annual event, which also gives parents and guardians an opportunity to learn about school crisis procedures. The drill will be at 9 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 25, and this year schools are practicing the Standard Reunification Method at their own campuses.   • New tools to keep informed of bus delays

    The School District 27J Transportation Department is using new tools to keep parents informed of when school buses are delayed. Parents can now visit the 27J Transportation page to get updates on bus delays. The transportation department will now also utilize email and text messages, in addition to phone dialers, to alert parents to delays. Parents of bus-riding students should make sure their contact information is up to date with their schools to receive these messages.
