  • Participate in Medicaid Local Services Plan Survey

School District 27J is currently in the process of revising/updating what is referred to as the Local Services Plan. This plan guides how revenue generated via Medicaid billing may be expended within the district. Although the Special Services Providers are the individuals who bill for services provided, the revenue must be made available to ALL students throughout the district. 27J is inviting you to participate in a needs survey that will be used to determine if and what revisions may be necessary as we submit the next Local Services Plan. The deadline to complete the survey is March 5, 2015. Click here to participate.
