Hello! Welcome to 3rd Grade! My name is Kristi DeLacy.

I am originally from Michigan, where I grew up in a small town next to Lake Huron. I graduated with a degree in Communications and Advertising and then moved to the beautiful state of Colorado. 

I worked in the advertising industry for 12 years, and during that time, I had the opportunity to volunteer for Junior Achievement. Teaching about communities and economies in elementary classrooms. This is when I realized that teaching was a career for me! I went back to college to earn my teaching credentials. 

This will be my 12th year teaching at Southeast. I have a background in Special Education, but transitioned to 3rd grade several years ago and LOVE this grade level!
