Ms. Madeline Gardner
Singing was a part of life for Ms. Gardner from a very young age. She began her formal choral music career at age nine when she was accepted into the Colorado Children's Chorale. From then on she sang throughout middle and high school in many choirs including the Colorado All-State Women's Classical and Jazz Choirs. In college, she was a member of CU's top undergraduate and graduate choirs, University Choir and University Singers. She has also sung in extracurricular choirs, including the Boulder Bach Festival Chorus and Chamber Chorus, and the Elus Vocal Ensemble. Ms. Gardner had the distinct experience of performing in the Eklund Opera program's production of "The Rake's Progress" by Igor Stravinksy in 2012. She has served as Assistant Conductor to the Colorado Repertory Singers since 2019.
Ms. Gardner graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she received her Bachelor of Music Education in Choral Music and a Philosophy Minor, and is working on a Master of Education in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change from Colorado State University. In her free time, Ms. Gardner can be found running, cooking, traveling, reading, and organizing and decorating as many things as possible. She is also a licensed esthetician and enjoys pursuing her creative endeavors in many ways.
