What is Bridge Academy?
Bridge Academy offers multiple and flexible opportunities for students 17 years of age and older to earn their high school diploma, a GED and/or a National Career Readiness Certificate. All students in Bridge have access to the instructional support of Innovations and Options teachers and staff resources including high quality counseling services and opportunities for career exploration.
Traditional Diploma Program
Students in our Traditional Diploma Program study on campus from 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. They are connected with digital courseware in a lab environment and receive instructional support from both Heritage and BOLT instructors. They have all of the benefits of working on campus through Heritage Academy including breakfast and lunch food service. When students complete their program they receive a School District 27J Brighton Heritage Academy Diploma. Most successful students are 18 with 36 or more credits.
GEDSCareer Readiness Certificate Program
Students in the Career Readiness Certificate Program are also working towards a GED or a Traditional Diploma. Students receive a National Career Readiness Certificate recognized by employers across the State of Colorado.
