Mrs. Nila Gallegos-Garcia
Hello, my name is Mrs. Gallegos-Garcia. This current school year I will be teaching Spanish III, AP Spanish Language and Culture and AP Spanish Literature and Culture.
I have taught all the levels of Spanish from Spanish I, II, II, IV, Native Speakers I, II, AP Spanish Language and Culture and AP Spanish Literature and Culture.
I am a Spanish native speaker born and raised in Chihuahua Mexico. I moved to the United States of America when I was sixteen years old. I graduated from Roosevelt High School in Los Angeles, California and I attended Arizona State University and majored in Spanish and Secondary Education\Spanish. I taught seven years in Phoenix, Arizona and I am starting my seventh year here at PVHS.
For me, family is very important, I enjoy spending time with my husband, my daughter, her husband and my precious granddaughter, my son and his girlfriend.
We enjoy cooking, traveling, and camping.
I am so excited for a great year.
