Welcome to Wellness & Self-Care, the central place for up-to-date information about 27J Schools Employee Wellness.
Our mission is to create the conditions within which our employees will find the motivation to take self-directed action towards their own practices of Self-Care.
We define Self-Care as a collection of practices or actions our employees can take to help sustain themselves amid the pressures and stresses of daily life.
We offer tools, resources, activities, and events to provide our staff with exposure and experiences to live healthier, happier, and more engaged lives both at work and at home.
District programs and activities include Mindfulness, SMART in Education, Employee Assistance Program - Resources for Living, Weigh & Win Program Kiosk, and Wireless Stations. Self-Care Learning and Promotion - Taking Time For You Action Plans, FREE Onsite Health Classes; Yoga, Bootcamps, etc, as well as annual Race Entries for our Community Turkey Trot and Kaiser Permanente Sponsored Colfax Marathon series of races.

Register for Work of Art -This program is designed to help you learn skills that boost happiness and foster resilience.
