Hello, my name is Mr. D'Alanno! This is my fifth year at Henderson Elementary. I got into teaching because I have a passion for helping each child grow both academically and socially. A little about me is that I've been married for two years now and have a black lab named Rumple.  In my free time I enjoy playing intramural sports such as soccer and softball, watching Sci-Fi movies/tv, bowling, axe throwing, and spending time with my family. 

Some of my education history is that my Bachelors Degree is in Elementary Education with a Mathematics Concentration while my Masters Degree is in Educational Leadership. I a believe we never truely stop learning and hope to inspire my students to do the same.

What this information means is that I am tri-modal in the way I think. I start with a lot of ideas, then move those ideas into a organized fasion. While making sure that those ideas are rational and possible. I struggle however with the social pieces. Not with converstaion, but with picking up on social cues or other peoples emotions. Since I know my weakness, I make it an effort everyday to ask my students how they are and to truely get to know them!
