The purpose of the Common Assessments is to monitor students progress toward goal as defined by the Curricular Frameworks. Thus, providing students an opportunity to demonstrate what has been learned while providing evidence to teachers and school leaders of student learning. The Learning Blueprints identify the specific standards and understandings from the Curricular Frameworks that will be assessed. Common Assessments are administered multiple times during each school year for English Language Arts, Math, and SEL for grades K-HS, and Social Studies and Science in grades 6-HS.
