Diminished enrollment projections delay opening of new middle school
Construction is underway on the new Talon Ridge Middle School in Thornton, 27J Schools’ planned sixth district middle school. However, a hold-up in home development has reduced the anticipated number of students needed to warrant a new middle school at this time.
