Families: Activate your new Chat accounts to start the year right

Chat, the classroom messaging tool that lets families and teachers talk in their preferred language, is almost here!

Families*: starting Wednesday, August 20, check your email inbox for instructions to activate your Chat account. Instructions will be sent to the email address on file in Infinite Campus for parents/guardians of students at district-managed schools. 

*If you are a parent/guardian of a 27J student and are also a 27J employee, you will use your staff OneLogin credentials to access Chat.

Activating your account

Follow these quick steps to setup your Chat account through the 27J Schools mobile app.

1.  Download the 27J Schools mobile app on your smartphone. 
   
   Download for iOS or Download for Android 
    
2. Check your email inbox for your account setup email. The subject is "Set up your new Chat account with 27J Schools" and the sender is 27J Schools Chat. Chat setup emails will be sent to the parent/guardian email addresses on file in Infinite Campus starting Wednesday, August 20.
