Facility Planning Advisory

The Facility Planning Advisory Committee (FPAC) is a standing committee whose purpose is to advise the Superintendent regarding the facility needs of the district.

FPAC is made up of parents, community members, elementary and secondary administrators and teachers, municipal planners, classified and certified employees, district staff.  This committee meets on a monthly basis and its role Includes:

  • Reviewing enrollment projections for short and long range planning of future schools
  • Evaluating and recommending school boundary areas
  • Recommending grade configurations
  • Recommending names for new schools

Anyone interested in the work of this committee is invited to join. FPAC meets the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Brighton Learning & Resource Center, 1850 Egbert Street, Suite 120, Brighton. For more information, contact Greg Thompson.
