My name is Tracie Alvarado, and I am a proud parent of twins who currently attend school in 27J. My stepson is also a graduate of the district, so I know firsthand the impact our schools have on students and families.
I grew up in Westminster and have lived in 27J for the past nine years. Since joining the school board in January, I have loved the opportunity to work in our community and serve our students, teachers, and families. Beyond the board, I am passionate about volunteering in classrooms and supporting our PTA. I believe in showing up wherever I am needed and supporting our schools at every level.
In addition to my service in the district, I own and operate an employee benefits firm. I love helping local businesses take care of their employees, and I bring that same care and commitment to my work for 27J.
My passion for service and my desire to represent every member of our community is what drives me to run for the 27J School Board. Together, I believe we can continue building a strong future for every student.

As a parent, she brings not only a professional lens but also the heart of a mother who understands firsthand the hopes, concerns, and dreams we all have for our children. She is running to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed in an empowering environment because she believes the future truly rests in their hands. Amy is committed to championing academic success, drawing from her own parenting experience to support policies that reflect the real needs of students and families.
