To stay compliant with 27J Schools policies, vendors are required to complete this form every other year or whenever there is a change of address.

Indicate whether you are a PERA retiree
Why We Ask About PERA Retiree Status
Colorado law requires PERA employers, including 27J Schools, to report compensation paid to PERA retirees, even if services are performed through a business. Retirees are subject to a 110-day per calendar year limit. If you receive PERA benefits, payments from 27J Schools may impact your PERA status and must be reported.
