Homebound Services

Homebound Educational Services for Medical Needs

Parents of a student who is anticipated to be absent from school for more than fifteen (15) school days due to a verifiable physical, mental, or emotional disability may request assessment by district staff for homebound instruction. Verification of the illness/injury will be required by the student's physician. Please print the application on this page and notify your child's school as soon as you are aware that homebound educational services may be necessary.
