Emergency Alerts Center
The Emergency Alerts Center provides critical information in the event of an emergency or security incident affecting any of our schools.
Students and staff were briefly evacuated this afternoon when a fire alarm was activated.
The fire department responded and investigated the alarm. After inspecting the building, the fire department cleared all students and staff for reentry.
There was no disruption to after school activities or student pickup.
Second Creek Elementary and Stuart Middle School were placed on a precautionary Secure due to police activity in the area.
All activities were moved inside and the buildings were locked. Learning continued inside with minimal classroom interruption.
All normal operations have resumed. All students are safe.
