SUMMER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING IS MOVING TO PHASE 2!!!
Phase 1 went extremely well! There has been a great turnout of student athletes and they are excited to continue training for their upcoming seasons. Please see the link below as some of the restrictions are changing. Phase 2 will be from June 29th until July 17th.
Thunderhawk Athletes if you wish to particpate in the summer Strength and Conditioning programs with your coaches you must register with Family ID. See Below for the link to register.
If you have questions please contact your coach directly or you can email Jason Humphrey. Below are the coaches and teams involved in the summer training. If your sport is not listed you can still sign up under your sport and we will find you a session that you can train. Thank you all!!
