Hi there! I am so excited to be part of the social studies department here at PVHS! This is my fifth year teaching, and I will be teaching US History to freshmen.

I was born and raised in NM, and moved to the Denver area in the summer of 2018. I love being in Denver and all the opportunities that it presents!

Before moving to Denver I attended Eastern New Mexico University from 2012 - 2015 where I received my Bachelor's degree in Social Studies with an Emphasis in History. That following semester I started at Texas Tech on my graduate degree. In May 2018, I graduated with my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Literacy and Language.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and dog. We love going hiking, attending baseball and hockey games, and travelling around Colorado.
