We are very excited to be working with 3 companies that will be helping us produce our virtual ceremony; Herff Jones, Stage Clip, and Marching Order. - Seniors, In the next few days, you will be receiving an email from a company called Marching Order explaining how to log into the sight that you will use to create your message that will be displayed on your slide, how to upload your Sr. picture, and eventually upload the video of you wearing your cap & gown and moving your tassel.
- If you struggle with internet or WIFI issues, we will be scheduling time so that we can have WIFI available outside of the school building in the parking lots - more info to come.

Celebrating Our Seniors:
April 26, 2020
BHS Seniors & Parents/Guardians of 2020 Seniors,
Let me begin by thanking all of you who have sent emails with ideas, suggestions, and a willingness to help make this time a special one for the Class of 2020. I would like to give you some updates as to how BHS will be honoring and celebrating the Senior Class.
First, I want to inform you that on Wednesday, April 29th and Thursday, April 30th, Brighton High School Staff will be delivering signs Congratulating the Class of 2020 to all Senior’s homes. Please check your home address in Infinite Campus to make sure it is correct and if it is not, please email Heidi Dent at hdent@sd27j.net so she can make sure we have all Seniors correct home address to ensure delivery of your sign.
Next, tomorrow afternoon you will be receiving an email explaining the process for helping create the Virtual Graduation Ceremony. It will include a video clip showing what the ceremony will look like, and explaining how each Senior will need to upload a short video of themselves in their cap & gown as well as a brief message to their family & friends. Caps & Gowns - yes, all Graduating Seniors will be receiving their Cap, Tassel & a special edition Graduation Gown that you will be able to keep. Details as to when Caps & Gowns will be distributed will be coming in the next few days.
Third, I am excited that a group of students as well as several parents, suggested a “Drivuation”, a car parade that all Seniors can participate in and parade through the town of Brighton. We are working on the details and will be asking for some of your assistance to help make this happen. Stay tuned for details.
And finally, attached to this email is a student and parent survey we would like you to complete to help us gather more information about additional ways we can celebrate and honor this amazing group of students.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we work to make this a very memorable Graduation for our Senior Class.
Sincerely,
Shelly

Atentamente,
Shelly
