Athletic Trainer - Krystina Aguilera
Originally from Southern California, Krystina completed her bachelor of science in Kinesiology in 2014 from California State University of San Bernardino. Before graduate school she worked as an athletic training student at Rancho Cucamonga High school were she worked with all sports like football, cross country, tennis, wrestling, soccer, basketball, track and field, baseball, and softball. She continued her education at Azusa Pacific University where she received her Masters of Science in Athletic Training in 2017.
Before joining the Riverdale Ridge staff in 2018 Krystina worked at St. Paul high school, in Santa Fe Springs CA, as Head Athletic Trainer. Krystina has always been involved in sports, mainly soccer, track, and cross country. She became an athletic trainer due to her passion for sports and the well-being of athletes. As an athletic trainer, she loves learning and implementing new manual therapy techniques, creating injury prevention programs, and having the best seat during games.
Outside of work Krystina enjoys weightlifting, playing soccer, binge watching Greys Anatomy, eating food, and going on adventures with her boyfriend Josh and dogs Dodger and Bailey.
