Welcome Thunderhawks! I am so excited as this is my first year of teaching high school.  I have been teaching for a total of 13 years in both Texas and Colorado.  My experience has been middle school in the subjects of World Geography, World Cultures and Science.  Teaching is a true passion of mine.  It is pure joy to see young adults critically think. problem solve, and take the knowledge outside the classroom all with growth mindset.

Reading, traveling, camping and hiking are all activities I enjoy. Football is another passion of mine.  I am originally from Chicago however I am an avid Detroit Lions fan and my husband is a diehard Broncos fan who bleeds blue and orange which makes the NFL fun in our home.  My favorite things to do are spend time with my adult children and play with my dogs, Tulip and Sophie.  I must admit I am addicted to ice tea/diet coke and popcorn!
