Hello! And welcome to team 7-2 Language Arts. I have been teaching 7th grade Language Arts since 2003. I began my teaching career in Jefferson County at Creighton Middle School, where I taught for seven years. In 2010 I applied for the job at Prairie View Middle School and I am grateful to have been offered the position to work such a great school. I love being a TIGER!

 

I received my undergraduate degree in English at Metropolitan State University and my masters degree in curriculum and instruction from Regis University.

 

In my free time I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending as much time as I can with my family, especially my two young daughters.
