Hello and Welcome Brantner Families! 

My name is Connor Dawson and I am thrilled to be back for the 21-22 school year! This will be my third-year teaching 5^th Grade, and second year with the 27J School District. I attended Metro State University of Denver, receiving an BA in History. Continuing onto University of Phoenix, graduating with a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. 

I am a Colorado Native and love everything about our great state. My fondest memory of growing up here was waking up early with my siblings and father, driving up to the mountains in our old van. Then getting to ski the rest of the day. 

Some of my hobbies include golf, snowboarding, reading a good book, or just to relax and mess around with my two dogs. I have always had a passion for teaching, while it is a common career with the majority of my family.  I am extremely excited for this year and cannot wait to meet this year's 5^th graders!
