Building and Grounds Maintenance: ECB-R
The following represents minimum preventive maintenance procedures of all district facilities:
- Weekly inspect boiler rooms, checking compressor, oil levels, belts.
- Monthly inspect roofs, checking drains, cracks, debris, skylights.
- Monthly inspect fire extinguishers, checking pressure and seals.
- Monthly inspect water treatment equipment, checking fittings and filling, if necessary.
- Quarterly inspect roof equipment, checking exhaust fans, air handlers, heating units.
- Semi-annually inspect hot water circulating pumps, checking oil and couplers.
- In winter, check boilers in all buildings on weekends to assure proper operation for the resumption of classes.
