Suspension of Policy: BGF

In the event of special circumstances, the operation of any section or sections of board policies, including those governing operating procedures, may be temporarily suspended by a majority vote of board members present at any regular or special meeting when a quorum is present. This, however, does not apply to any provisions in board policies by law or by contract or to those policies designated as Superintendent policies.
