School Attendance Areas: JC

The Superintendent shall review and approve the attendance boundaries for each school in the district upon the recommendation of the Facility Planning Advisory Committee.

In establishing school boundaries, consideration shall be given to the densities of students in an area relative to the capacities of the schools, the equalization of enrollment in classrooms and efficient use of transportation facilities.

Maps of school attendance areas shall be available for inspection in the administration office.

A student’s designated attendance area shall be based on the legal residence of parents/legal guardian.
