In compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) on destruction of data collected, maintained or used in the provision of a free and appropriate public education of students with disabilities, School District 27J will be purging archived special education records.

Records to be destroyed on May 27, 2022 will include all students who were born in 1997, 1998 and 1999.
