Riverdale Ridge High School construction hits one year mark

The construction project to build School District 27J's third comprehensive high school has reached the one year milestone for construction. The two-story classroom wing is now enclosed and interior walls are constructed. The other areas of the high school have been constructed including the gym, stage and auditorium and main hallway.

 

The entire campus for the high school is under construction. Parking lots have been paved and two field houses are under construction. The stadium for the high school will soon be under construction.

 

Riverdale Ridge High School is being constructed at 136th Avenue and Yosemite Street in Thornton. The high school is scheduled to open in fall of 2018.
