PVMS Tiger News - Spring Break Edition
March 23, 2021
We hope that you are all having a relaxing and fun spring break so far! Here are a few quick updates we didn't want to wait to share until next week.
Spring Parent Survey
Good News- There is still time in the survey window to provide PVMS with feedback in the Spring PVMS parent survey! https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd4bomiUidUcut0V3lgivwIyjfG_2WIuzbSGNIKKLzKtDYIoQ/viewform
District Meal Pick-Up
There is no meal pick-up today, Tuesday, March 23rd, due to Spring Break. Meal pick-up will resume next week on Tuesday, March 20th.
CMAS Testing
You may have seen on the news that the Colorado Legislature passed a law that reduces CMAS testing to one subject per grade-level. This change requires federal approval and unfortunately, we do not have a timeline on when/if that approval will come through. So, we are proceeding as planned with CMAS testing for the coming month. We are excited to have the invaluable data that these assessments provide. Please plan on your Tigers testing the following days:
In-Person Learners
Week of April 5 - ELA Testing
Week of April 12 - Math Testing
Week of April 19 - Science Testing (8th grade only)
Virtual Learners
Monday, April 5, 8:00am-4:00pm - ELA Testing
Monday, April 19 8:30am-2:30pm - Math Testing
Monday, April 26 8:00am-2:30pm - Science Testing (8th grade only)
