Dear Parents & Guardians:

We are getting ready for Prom at PVHS and wanted to share some final details with you. 

Students who have a 90% attendance or better during the second semester may attend Prom. PVHS has had a Prom attendance policy since 2016.
Prom is at Topgolf in Thornton. Our Prom includes dancing, dinner (catered buffet including brisket, hot chicken and more), unlimited golf, photo booth, unlimited soda and water, royalty and so much more. We have exclusive use of the first two levels of Topgolf so non Prom attendees can not enter our area. The dancing will be in the patio area, buffets (6) will be distributed throughout the venue, golf in the bays on the west side of the dance floor and all of second level.
Ticket sales began on April 25th and tickets may be purchased until May 5. Ticket sales stop at 1:30 on the 5th and no tickets will be sold at the door. Students may purchase tickets during lunch at the inside concession stand in the G-Wing. Tickets are $100 per student which includes dinner so no need for reservations. The menu includes gluten-free and dairy-free items and is all nut-free.
We take credit cards, debit cards or cash for payment for tickets. We cannot accept checks. 
Prom Royalty Nominees will be announced at our all-school assembly on May 5th. Royalty will be selected at Prom and awarded during the evening.
Our Prom schedule is:
8:00pm doors open
8:45pm dinner buffets start
9:30pm entry to Prom closes - students must arrive before 9:30.
9:45pm Royalty voting stops
10:00pm Prom Royalty announced
10:15pm dinner buffets close
11:00pm Prom ends.
