BHS Community,

This morning around 8:40am, Brighton High School was put on a secure by the Brighton PD due to a threatening phone call they received.  Brighton police responded to our school, searched the area and our school and determined that we did not have any credible threat.  At approximately 9:45am the secure was lifted and all classes resumed as normal.  I am proud of all of our students and staff for the way they followed our safety protocols, and am extremely grateful to the Brighton Police Department for their quick response.  At no time were any students and staff in danger.
